**Job Description**:
As a Trainee Mortgage and Pension Administrator, you will be working closely with our team of experienced professionals, playing a crucial role in providing efficient and effective administrative support for mortgages and pensions. This role will require you to demonstrate high levels of tenacity, the ability to solve problems and communicate effectively over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in the administration of mortgage and pension products.
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of various mortgage and pension schemes.
- Work collaboratively with team members to solve problems and achieve team objectives.

Key Requirements:

- Excellent telephone manner, with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally.
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office and a general understanding of database management.
- A tenacious personality with a knack for problem-solving.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to change in a fast-paced environment.
- A basic understanding of financial products such as mortgages and pensions is preferred, but not required as full training will be provided.
