**About The Opportunity**
- Contribute to the strategic growth of the RFX division through identifying and segmenting market opportunities across the UK and Ireland.
- Professionally handle the sales process in its entirety from prospecting, initial introductions, meetings, and presentations and finally the set up and signing of a customer.
- Target and establish effective working relationships with the customers to exceed commercial revenue targets.
- To assume personal sales targets, drive revenue within the client base and maintain and monitor effective annual targets

**Responsibilities**
- Identification and development of new opportunities for the RFX division both within new small and new key account clients.
- Identifying potential product and service enhancements.
- Generate and qualify new sales leads through researching, networking and cold calling within the corporate, independent retail markets and affiliates.
- Initiate and set up meetings with prospective customers then effectively sell our services to the customer closing the business face to face in both a corporate and independent setting.
- To ensure new customers meet the commercial, regulative and compliance thresholds as defined by the business.
- To drive revenue through new customers, ensuring commercial targets are achieved and exceeded.
- To provide first class customer service, ensuring strong relationships are built and maintained.
- Attend and present at conferences and trade events as appropriate
- 5+ years demonstrable Business Development experience with considerable B2B2C sales knowledge and skills ideally within the retail or financial services market.
- Experience within the FX industry desirable but not essential.
- Must be highly motivated, driven and confident working autonomously.
- Must be able to persuade and influence internal and external clients.
- Comfortable and capable of communicating with all levels of people within and outside the business, both written and verbal, with a high level of professionalism.
- Must be able to work under pressure and successfully manage a very diverse and demanding workload.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential
- Ability to travel within the UK staying away from home.
- Full clean driving license.
