Derby County Football Club are recruiting Response Team Safety Stewards to join our Matchday operations team

As part of the Response Team, you will be required to provide assistance and safety advice to all supporters at Pride Park Stadium. You will be expected to behave in a polite and courteous manner and ensure you are alert, helpful and approachable.

All Response Team Safety Stewards must remain polite, courteous, and helpful throughout all fixtures to ensure the safety of all those who attend Pride Park Stadium.

**Personal characteristics and experience**:

- Knowledge of Pride Park Stadium
- Flexibility to work unsociable hours
- Confident, Resilient and Self Motivated
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Work using own initiative and as part of a team

**Essential Qualifications**
- Level 2 Spectator Safety or working towards
- Security Industry Authority (SIA) Accreditation

**Desirable Qualifications**
- Level 3 Spectator Safety Supervision
- GCSE or equivalent in Maths and English to Grade C or above

Due to the nature of this role, applicants are required to be at least 18 years of age.

There is a requirement for all Matchday Safety Stewards to attend 70% of all home league fixtures. Please note, this primarily includes weekend and evening work.

The rate of pay is £10.42 per hour, rising to £10.77 per hour on successful completion of Level 2 Spectator Safety.
