**SUPERVISOR - RTW FASHION BRAND**

**LOCATION - DEPARTMENT STORE**

**ABOUT**:

- RTW and accessories from a Japanese streetwear brand.
- The brand specializes in men's, women's and children's lifestyle and street wear.

**RESPONSABILIETIES**:

- Reflect the brand image through the service you deliver, your positive and professional attitude, dress code and behaviour.
- Work within a customer focused role driving client loyalty and sales through a luxury and unique customer service.
- Supporting the management with their daily tasks
- Managing a team of 3-4 people

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Fashion Retail experience as a Senior Sales, Supervisor of minimum 2 years
- Currently managing KPIs and budgets to improve their current store performance
- Exceptional communications skills, energetic and with an influential personality

**OFFERING**:

- Basic Salary £28,000 +
- Generous clothing allowance
- Performance awarded bonus and/or commission scheme
