**Salary: £75-£90 a day**

**Academics Ltd are currently seeking learning support assistants in Redbridge to work with an Ofsted rated 'Good' mainstream secondary school to join them from April 2023.**

**About the school**:
The schools vision is to provide high quality education with character to the 1500 students across their secondary and sixth form. They have the values of _'inspiring our young people, keeping them safe and preparing them fully for life in the modern world.'_ This Ofsted rated 'Good' school offers an array of enrichment for their pupils, including partnerships with the National theatre and national portraitgallery which has allowed students to perform at venues such as the royal opera house and the Royal Albert Hall.

In their latest Ofsted, it was recognised that '_the school continues to be a positive learning environment where pupils are well cared for_.' It also states that '_Staff morale is high. Middle leaders, who are a strength of the school, demonstrateenthusiasm and ambition to do the very best they can to improve pupils' outcomes. Teachers who are new to the school speak very highly of the level of support they receive_.' (Ofsted, 2019)
