**Essential**
- Food Technology background
- Basic knowledge of Food Science
- Good IT Skills
- Patient and Resilient to changing priorities
- Flexible with Working Hours as required

**Desirable**
- Food Technology qualifications
- Experience in a customer facing role
- Experience of customer specification databases
- Extensive knowledge of Food Sciences

**Salary**: Up to £34,000.00 per year Pro-Rata
