Located in a prominent position on Shoreditch High Street, One Hundred Shoreditch has 258 bedrooms, five restaurants and bars including a breakfast restaurant, a destination cocktail bar and a rooftop bar and terrace, offering panoramic views over East London.

As a Lobby Bar Waiter at One Hundred Shoreditch Hotel, you will be responsible for providing attentive and personalised service to our guests in the lobby bar area. From greeting guests warmly upon arrival to recommending drinks and providing seamless service, you will play a key role in creating a positive and memorable experience for our guests. This is a fantastic opportunity for a hospitality professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys interacting with people from all walks of life.

Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests to the lobby bar with a friendly and engaging demeanour.- Take orders accurately and efficiently, demonstrating a thorough knowledge of the menu and beverage offerings.- Prepare and serve drinks according to established recipes and presentation standards.- Anticipate guests' needs and provide recommendations based on their preferences and tastes.- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lobby bar area, including bar tops, tables, and seating areas.- Collaborate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth coordination of food and beverage service.- Process payments accurately and efficiently, handling cash and credit card transactions.- Uphold all health and safety regulations and procedures to ensure a safe environment for guests and colleagues.
