**SEPTEMBER START DATE**

We are looking to take on a new, energetic learning support assistant to join our every growing team at one of our fantastic SEN schools we work closely with in the Billingshurst Area. Your responsibility will be to support and encourage students with special education needs to achieve their goals and aspirations despite their diverse challenges and abilities.

You will be collaborating with teachers to develop customised learning plans to reflect to students’ unique needs and prepare individualized materials for lessons. This is an ideal role for someone that is looking to take the first step into the education sector as you will be gain valuable classroom experience and also networking with other teaching assistants and teachers.

**Must have**:

- Ability to work well independently and as a team
- Has a passion to support and empower children and young people
- A DBS on the Updates Service, or be willing to obtain one
- Commitment to safeguarding students and young people
