As a Principal Pharmacist for Chronic Medicine, your role will be to deliver safe clinical pharmacy services to patients ranging in a wide area of specialties. You will be a core part of the multi-disciplinary team and be an autonomous practitioner. Youwill be expected to contribute to the strategic development of the department, both within the Trust and within the wider ICS.

The Pharmacy department is a forward-thinking department that has recently introduced the EPIC EPR system. Clinical pharmacists have the opportunity to work as prescribers at the top of their licence
- we provide a number of clinics, from Heart Failure andHyperthyroidism to Rheumatology and CF across our sites.

You **must** be a GPhC-registered Pharmacist.
