The overall purpose of the job is to work as part of a team and be committed to take part in providing the best quality catering service to patients and staff within the Trust.
To share learned best practise with others in developing catering services as changes are made over time to allow the department and individuals to react to changing need.

Working hours are predominantly between 11:00am to 3.00pm and 4:00pm to 8:00pm over 5 days on flexible rotation, which will involve some weekend work and various shift patterns including early and late shifts as the service requires. Likely to be more late shifts than early shifts. The pay rate will increase for all hours worked on a Saturday and Sunday and Bank Holidays.

You will hold a current level 2 food hygiene certificate, or be willing to work towards this qualification. Catering experience is essential for this post.
