We have an exciting opportunity for a HR Business Partner to join our client based on the outskirts of Chester.

Applicants must have a driving licence and access to a car.

The role will be driving strategic people enablers such as talent, leadership and learning through a high-performance culture, providing innovative and commercial people solutions that deliver against business objectives.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Partner and maintain strong relationships with Senior Leadership to develop and implement business change that will support the strategic growth of the business(es).
- Offer thought leadership and challenge for people-related strategy and business change.
- Coach, and partner with senior managers on performance management and employee development activity.
- Provide HR expertise on team performance, coaching and organisational development with robust people plans.
- Collaborate with the HR team to champion and accelerate a high performance culture measured against our company values in which people feel a sense of belonging and inspired to deliver in their role.
- Partner with Learning & Development to work on value-added programs in areas of talent, training, development and job performance.
- Implement robust people plans to support the delivery of the business people objectives with a positive impact on culture to ensure a sense of belonging.
- Drive timely and effective business change to support maximum retention, maximum engagement and an overall positive impact.
- Identify opportunities using HR reporting and available metrics enabling a solution driven approach with operational leaders.
- Be a point of escalation for HR case management advice. Adhering to relevant policy and legislative requirements whilst maintaining a commercial edge.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Accurate understanding of current legislative requirements affecting people.
- Highly skilled collaborative and cross functional capabilities.
- Good business acumen and commercial awareness and the ability to identify key issues and risks before they arise.
- Excellent planning and organisation skills with the ability to manage conflicting priorities and work to tight deadlines.
- A high level of personal and professional credibility and integrity at senior level.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels within the business.
- Organisational design.
- Experience in the Retail Industry or other fast paced environments.
- Proven HR Business Partner experience - desirable.
- Confident and experienced in digitally operated business.

QUALIFICATIONS
- CIPD qualified or equivalent
- Comprehensive employment law and legislation knowledge.
- Driving licence.

Salary - £50,000 - £65,000 DOE + Excellent Benefits
