- Assist the purchasing team in managing and maintaining inventory levels
- Process purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of goods
- Coordinate with suppliers to obtain quotes, negotiate pricing, and place orders
- Monitor and track shipments to ensure on-time delivery
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and inventory levels
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as logistics and supply chain to optimize procurement processes
- Assist in evaluating supplier performance and identifying opportunities for improvement

- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience) prefered but not necessary
- Proven experience as a purchasing assistant or in a similar role
- Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to build strong relationships with suppliers
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
