Following the exciting merger between Fox’s Biscuits and Burton’s Biscuits, we are recruiting for this fantastic new role to join the Fox’s Burton’s Companies (FBC) UK Trade Marketing team.

This is a great opportunity to get involved and work closely with the Category Insights Team, Shopper Marketing, Retailers, Wholesalers, Sales & Customer Category Team.

**This is where you come in**

As the Ecommerce Executive you’ll workclosely with the FBC UK commercial teams to maximise opportunities in aligned dotcom retailers, ensuring promotions and range changes land on time and in full.

A key focus will be to optimise the shopper journey to increase conversion to FBC UK products through E-Perfect store creation and upkeep for each channel. You’ll track online data and online media results to maximise opportunities across our amazing brand portfolio and provide recommendations for future growth.

Key responsibilities include:

- Maintaining an E-Perfect store template for all products / Stock Keeping Units (“SKUs”) in each channel. Monitor through tools and trackers, submit housekeeping to retailers merchandising teams and track the sales outputs.
- Booking online media across grocery multiples, filling out booking forms and liaising with creative agencies to create visuals.
- Track share gain, analyse Return on Investment (“ROI”) and insight reports through data provided by retailers.
- Attend webinars, conferences, read trade press and share relevant learnings to increase our E-Commerce understanding across the business, through regular updates to the wider FBC UK team on the landscape of online.
- Support the development of our future strategy and increase online participation ahead of that of the wider sweet biscuits category.
- Develop and maintain a strong relationship with agencies such as Brandbank in order to create additional content and optimised imagery that can be tailored across our portfolio and by channel.

**About you**
- Work experience from a similar role, ideally within an FMCG environment.
- Possess a strong commercialmindset and an understanding of retail customer & shopper requirements.
- Experience building work relationships, influencing & stakeholder management skillsideally with business-to-business customers, with colleagues & with third parties (e.g.agencies/partners/suppliers).
- Can present insights from data simply and clearly, with actionable recommendations in a customer-ready format.
- Have strong analytical ability & be comfortable using data systems such as PowerBI, NielsenIQ, Kantar, Profitero, Data Impact etc.
- Be organised with a clear ability to prioritise, have a project management skillset & approach and be a proactive self-starter.
- Can work cross functionally & as a team, be adaptable with a strategic view.
