Accounts Administrator

2020 Recruitment have a unique opportunity for an Accounts Administrator to join a client of ours on a temp to perm basis.
This role is based within a Fife based sports club located in the Kinross area.
As the Accounts Assistant you will be working as a lone worker dealing with all Sage and general administration duties.
Due to location, it is essential that you have your own transportation.
**Working Hours**
**The Role**
As the Accounts Administrator you will be responsible for the day to day administration tasks of the club as well as managing the accounts through Sage. You do not need to be an accountant but you do need Sage experience to be considered.
**Duties & Responsibilities**
As the Accounts Administrator your duties and responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with processing of Incoming Order /Customer Care requested
- Contact members and send reminders to ensure timely payments
- Products Documentation
- Day to day administration tasks
- Other general admin duties as required
**Requirements**:
To be considered for the Accounts Administrator role you must have the following experience:
- Sage experience
- Strong administrative background
- Previous experience as an Administrator
- Own transport
- Ability to work on own initiative
- Customer service skills
