Main Duties

Manage and cultivate relationships with clients to understand their needs and objectives.
Coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of our services.
Act as the main point of contact for client enquiries, addressing concerns, and providing excellent customer service.
Prepare and present reports on account status, identifying areas for improvement and growth opportunities.
Collaborate with commercial and technical teams to support client retention and expansion efforts.
Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to provide strategic insights.

What we ask for

Proven experience in account management or coordination.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with excellent organisational abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
