Harvel House Farm is under new management and looking for two new butchers to assist with the growth.

Job Description: Butcher

**Duties**:
As a Skilled Butcher you will have a good product knowledge, cutting and preparation skills, and offer high standards of customer service. You will be able to prepare orders to customer's needs and have a good understanding of stock control process and procedures. Ensuring that we comply to health & safety and legal standards at all times. You must be customer driven, organised and be an excellent communicator, with experience within the butchery trade.

Please note that we are a 7-day operation and therefore offer a variety of flexible working patterns to fit personal circumstances and support work and family demands whilst meeting the needs of the business and our customers.
