We are seeking a dynamic and sales-focused individual to join our new team at Connect Renewables.

**Responsibilities**:
**1. Customer Service**:

- Provide advice and guidance on product selection,
- Ensure a high standard of customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a customer-centric focus.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for growth and customer satisfaction.

**2. Stock Control**:

- Assist in managing stock levels, overseeing replenishment, and optimizing company stock levels to meet customer demand.
- Conduct regular stock checks and coordinate with the purchasing team to ensure adequate stock levels.

**4. Sales Performance**:

- Support the Manager in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve sales & profit targets.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

**5. Operational Efficiency**:

- Work closely with the Manager to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, compliance with company policies, and adherence to health and safety regulations.
- Contribute to the implementation of the operational improvements.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience in the Plumbing & Heating industry is preferred,
- Ability to use own initiative and be self-motivated,
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills,

**Salary**: From £28,500.00 per year
