My client, based in Gloucester are looking for an experienced, target-driven, **Sales/Lettings Negotiator **to join their well-established team as they look to continue their growth.

**What are the day-to-day responsibilities of the Sales/Lettings Negotiator role**:
Ø Identifying new business opportunities

Ø Self-generating and carrying out Market Appraisals

Ø Negotiating offers and progressing agreed sales

**Required Skills and Qualifications of the Sales/Lettings Negotiator**:
Ø Previous experience as a Sales and/or Lettings Negotiator essential

Ø Drive, tenacity and resilience

Ø UK driving licence and use of appropriate car
