**Pay Rate: £12.19 per hour PAYE**

**36.25 Monday - Friday, 08:00 - 16:00**

**This opening assignment is for 3 months**

**City: STRATFORD UPON AVON**

**Basic DBS disclosure required**

**Full Driving Licence**

A mobile Grounds Maintenance Operative is required for different sites in Stratford Upon Avon. To undertake duties such as strimming, ride-on mower, weeding and general grounds maintenance.

**If you are successful in securing this role, please note that for the entire duration of this contract, regardless of extension you will be working this role at the PAYE rate that has been advertised. For absolute clarity, we only work on a PAYE basis, rather than entertaining umbrella pay terms, we **do not offer Ltd/umbrella or outside IR35 rates. Unless the DBS requirement stated above is for a Basic Disclosure, your DBS must be either through us or be accompanied by a subscription to the DBS updating service.

Knowledge:

- Basic knowledge of vehicles, plant and machinery for use within a grounds maintenance environment.
- Basic knowledge of health and safety requirements within a grounds maintenance environment.

Exeperience:

- Minimum of 12 months recent experience in a similar role or context and ideally within a public sector organisation.

Skills & Abilities:

- Ability to work outdoors in all weathers.
