Instructors are expected to offer tuition on each week of the published school term dates. Term dates are published by the school at least one year in advance.

Tuition days and times will be by arrangement with the Director of Music, in consideration of the whole music timetable and the availability of suitable accommodation, and are expected to stay the same throughout the academic year
