Job Title: Caretaker

Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Perform general cleaning tasks to ensure the premises are well-maintained
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust designated areas
- Empty bins and dispose of waste appropriately
- Clean and sanitise washrooms and replenish supplies
- Monitor and report any maintenance issues or repairs needed
- Assist with setting up rooms for events or meetings as required
- Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in commercial cleaning
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Good physical stamina to handle various cleaning tasks
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently
- A proactive and responsible attitude towards caretaking duties

Pay: £22,000.00-£25,570.74 per year
