Caretaker
Service Care Construction are currently recruiting on behalf of a housing association based in the Croydon area who require a Caretaker to join their team on a temporary basis. Previous experience within a similar role and a Full UK Driving License is essentialfor this position.
This is a full time role working 8am-5pm Monday to Friday with a total of 40 hours per week. The role involves the following duties:

- To Clear and dispose of all waste to void properties including communal areas and communal gardens, and other common areas as directed / specified to a good standard.
- To clean void properties including communal areas and other common areas as directed / specified to a good standard.
- To provide an efficient and effective service as a member of the Void team.
- Ensure that adequate stock control is kept of all materials, equipment and company vehicles are checked and maintained.
- To carry out minor repairs as requested by the Void manager
