We have an exciting role to suit an enthusiastic and highly organised individual with recent experience working in in a busy aftersales service environment, in a service engineer management role. This role is an office-based aftersales support role and will give experience working in a wide range of tasks and working with both our field based service and sales team and directly with our customer base.
- Job Title: Service Coordinator
- Reports to: Customer Services Manager
- Location: Lisburn
- Hours of Work: Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm
- Lunch Break 1 Hour
- Annual Leave: 20 days plus customary holidays

**Main Duties and Responsibilities**
- Co-ordinate, monitor and improve field service activities.#
- Provide support and guidance to service personnel who perform on-site routine services including installation, maintenance, and repair.
- Service and repair callout scheduling
- Preparation of service and repair quotations
- Back to back purchase order processing for all successful quotations
- Sales Order processing for all service and spare parts
- Telephone call handling including responding to customer aftersales enquiries, directing sales enquiries to sales team, customer complaint handling
- Assisting in maintenance of ISO quality records
- Managing Fleet vans service and PSV requirements
- Managing Motability administrative system
- Holiday and Sickness cover for sales order processing team
- Assisting the team at occasional events such as Motability Show
- Varied day to day administrative tasks including trader support service administration.

**Qualifications**
- A Level / B Tec or similar level education

**Essential skills**
- Fluent in Excel and the use of spreadsheets, Excellent administrative skills, Professional Telephone manner, Microsoft Office Proficient.

**Desirable skills**
- Sage 200 Proficient, Experience managing field servicing agents.

**Essential Experience**
- This role will suit someone with recent experience in a customer service support. Full training will be provided on our systems and products.

**Desirable Experience**
- Previous experience working in the mobility trade. Previous experience working with Motability scheme. Previous experience in field / workshop engineering

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
