Senior Business Consultant

SEPA is looking for an experienced, enthusiastic, creative and energetic person to lead our equality and human rights programme.

You will be a strong advocate for equality and human rights across the organisation, enthusiastically promoting the benefits of inclusive services and a diverse organisation.

You will use your strong organisational skills to develop and coordinate a work programme designed to make our services more inclusive.

Good at simplifying complex information, you will use your creativity to make it as easy as possible for our staff to meet their duties well. This includes providing inspiring training sessions.

As the main contact for our equality and human rights work, you will enjoy engaging with others to raise awareness of issues and get buy in to solutions which improve our services. You will use your experience, connections and knowledge of equality, diversity and inclusion, to help staff find the information, advice and support they need to meet their obligations.
