Within the Falcon Group is Falcon Tower Crane Services, the largest tower crane supplier in the UK and one of the largest in the world with just under 450 tower cranes nationwide. Falcon Power Generation with 400 generators nationwide along with Falcon Freight who operate a fleet of 27 HGV vehicles with a selection of units supporting artic and rigid HIAB cranes.

We are looking for a Sales / Marketing Assistant to be based in Shipdham, Norfolk to assist the Sales Department.

**Primary Responsibilities**
- Typing and sending of quotations with information generated by our Sales Team.
- Logging of all potential contracts and liaising with customers on the status of their enquiry.
- Processing of customer orders and communication with the customer to ensure completion of order ready for the Hire Agreement to be raised.
- To assist with the management of our LinkedIn site and maintaining of our company website and company App.
- To assist with the development of company newsletters, bulletins, and brochures along with maintaining a good stock of company merchandise.

**Primary Skills**
- A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Confident with an excellent phone manner.
- The ability to work on their own and as part of a team.
- Be self-motivated and have a good personal drive to retrieve and record information.
- The ability to communicate clearly and efficiently.
- Good command of the English Language.
- Must have the ability to work well under pressure.
- Good understanding of numeracy.

On the job training will be provided

The hours of work are from 8.30am to 5.00pm, with a 30 minute unpaid lunch break.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
