**What does the role involve?**

EMBS Engineering is the exclusive recruitment partner for an award-winning precision engineering company located in Nottinghamshire that is a leading specialist in the manufacture of machined and fabricated turn-key components.

As such, our client is looking for an experienced EDM Wire Eroder to join their growing team.

This is a great opportunity for an EDM Wire Eroder who is looking to utilise their skills and grow in a company that specialises in the manufacture of complex, detailed components for some of the most demanding and buoyant industry sectors such as Nuclear, Oil and gas, Defence etc

**What experience do you need?**
- Prior experience in EDM Wire Eroding within a precision engineering environment
- Previously worked on Complex parts for industries including Aerospace, Petrochemical, Nuclear, MOD, Oil & Gas, Rail etc
- Confident working with a wide range of metallics i.e. stainless steel, aluminium, titanium, carbon steel, Inconel etc
- Familiarity with a Georg Fischer EDM is advantageous
- Experience machining to tight tolerances
- Ability to confidently read and interpret engineering drawings

**What do you get?**
- £15 - £17 per hour depending on experience
- Days (39 Hrs) - 7.45pm - 5pm Monday to Thursday, 7.45am - 12.30pm on Friday
- Overtime available at premium rates - x1.5 after 39 hours
