**Job Overview**:
Responsible for SAF QHSES Administrator and department administration.
**Task and Responsibilities**:

- Understand company philosophy and policy regarding occupational health, safety, and environment.
- Provide administrative assistance and support to the SAF HSES Director.
- Dispatch of inter-departmental documents and daily clearance/distribution of relevant mail from the incoming mailbox
- Coordinate office and equipment maintenance requests for replenishment of office supplies
- Administration of arrangements for HSES team travel; accommodation, IT & communication requirements
- Preparing data for statistical or trend analysis and report monthly compilations as per department needs or corporate review purpose
- Coordinate the roster and schedule including the current assignment of HSES resource
- Prepare for review of SAF HSES Weekly Report
- Collate and report the SAF weekly, monthly, and bi-monthly HSES statistics
- Collate the SAF HSES Annual report
- Collate input for the annual Global HSEMS review
- Assist HSES Advisor/Manager in preparing data required for completing Bid and Proposal submissions
- Updating and administering the QHSES information LinQ page
- Receive pre-qualification documents and assign the relevant HSES Project Manager to review
- Maintain a system for recording, reporting, and investigating injuries, accidents, and dangerous occurrences
- Translation of documentation, procedures, and policies to Bahasa Indonesia when necessary and if within individual competence
- Maintain a high standard of safe working practices, quality, and productivity as well as compliance with the code of business conduct
- Any other duties that may be assigned to you by the company, the department, and your manager
- Responsible to familiarize with QHSES Policies and procedures and ensure that all work-related are done safely. Actively participate in all QHSES Initiatives and Programs

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma / Degree
- 3 years of experience in Administration
- Have previous experience with technical HSE activities
- General knowledge of statistical programs and occupational health and safety
- Good oral, reading, and written English communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office, Visio, and Share point
- A team player, able to work independently with limited supervision
- Strong administrative and organizational skills and ability to prioritize and handle multiple functions
- Bilingual proficiency
- Demonstrate enthusiasm for working with the diverse culture
- Ability to maintain confidentiality is essential
- Maintain a professional attitude and set an example for others
- Travel Frequency: As and when required
