An exceptional opportunity for a well-spoken, well presented and diligent Property Manager to join a lovely, boutique independent agent within their office in Wokingham.

My clients have a fantastic local reputation and are looking for a Property Manger who wants to be a part of a genuinely lovely company and team.

**Property Manager - Benefits**

- Lucrative basic salary of circa £30k, although this is flexible

**Property Manager - Duties**
- Dealing with maintenance.
- Doing mid term inspections.
- Organising contractors.
- Dealing with maintenance.
- Ensuring compliance.
- Dealing with deposit disputes.
- Organising works when required.
- Organising tenancy paperwork.
- Getting involved in serving section notices.
- General Property Manager duties.

**Property Manager - Experience Needed**:

- Previous lettings/ property management experience is advantageous.
- Professional written and verbal communication
- Excellent IT knowledge with experience of using Microsoft Office packages
