**About the role - Behaviour Mentor - Wandsworth**
- Students will be assisted in the classroom in order to learn
- Work in close cooperation with other members of staff, such as Behaviour Mentors, Youth Workers, and Pastoral Support Workers if necessary
- Delivering 1:1 direct interventions and support within the classroom to students on a daily basis
- Assist the class teacher as well as other staff members in providing the best possible learning environment for the students in the class
- Observing and evaluating pupils' responses to learning activities and interventions through observation and evaluation of their learning results
- Ensure that all pupils are included in the classroom as much as possible
