PIM is seeking a full-time Handy Man to join our team. The Handy Man will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs on properties throughout Gloucestershire.

**Key Responsibilities**:As a Multi-Talented Property Enhancement Specialist, you will be a hands-on contributor to our team's mission of maintaining, upgrading, and perfecting a range of properties. Your responsibilities will span various locations covering Gloucestershire, mainly in Cheltenham & Gloucester. Your versatile skill set will be put to use in tasks such as:

- Performing interior decorating tasks
- Executing exterior decorating tasks
- Undertaking general handyman duties to enhance and maintain the overall quality of residential properties.
- Approaching all tasks with a proactive and adaptable attitude, embracing the varied challenges that come with the role.

**Salary**: £23,500.00-£25,000.00 per year
