As a Care Coordinator working for this leading domiciliary care provider operating across Lancaster City and the surrounding areas, you will be responsible for ensuring your customers and carers receive the best quality service. This role will see the appointed individual working mainly in the office but will some time out in the community doing supervisions and observations with Carers to ensure that they are skilled and trained to company standards to be able to deliver high standards of care to customers.

Within this role you will be given a great opportunity to grow and take on extra responsibility, working in a busy Team of Care Supervisors and Care Coordinators who support each other and work as a close knit Team.

This opening represents an exciting opportunity for an ambitious Senior Care Assistant who wants to join a growing and dynamic company who invest in their people and will allow you to support in business growth and the delivery of quality care.
- Previous experience of working in a homecare/community-based care environment
- Have a keen eye for quality and detail
- Strong communication skills
- To be a team player, with a flexible attitude and positive outlook
- Ideally with an NVQ 3 in health & Social Care or working towards
- Have some experience of office administration and IT skills
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- To be able to think fast on your feet and make quick decisions

**Within this role you will be required to:

- **
- Carry out service reviews and observations with Carers
- Assist the Registered Manager with the day to day operations of running the service
- Respond and resolve customer queries
- Assist with inducting and supervising of new Carers to the organisation
- Develop strong working relationships with carers and clients
