Location: Wellesbourne, Warwick

Working hours: Monday - Friday 8.00 am - 4.30 pm, 37.5 hours per week

£11.79 per hour

An experienced Warehouse Administrator is required for a leading interactive games and software company in Wellesbourne.

A leader in the global entertainment industry who publishes and distributes video games and amusement arcade products, is looking for a Warehouse Administrator to join them in their new workshop in Wellesbourne on a temporary basis with a possibility ofbecoming permanent.

This is an exciting and fast-moving role that will require you to be highly organised, comfortable multitasking and able to prioritise your workload.

WAREHOUSE ADMINISTRATOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Creation and updating of job sheets
- Finalising costings for each job
- Requisitioning parts and materials for jobs
- Confirming product specification from suppliers
- Inventory management of workshop materials and parts
- Sales order processing of job charge-outs as necessary
- Management reporting of workshop activity, including costs and output
- Other tasks as may be reasonably required by the Company to meet on-going requirements

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

- Previous experience within a similar role and environment would be advantageous
- Excellent communications skills (both written and verbal)
- Capable of managing and prioritising workload
- Working to deadlines (in some instances being flexible in working hours if / when required)
- Excellent attention to detail
