**Job title**:
HR Administrator
**Position reports to**:
Operations Manager
**Location**:
Newbridge, NP11 4 PA
**Salary**:
Basic salary £30,000
**Main purpose of job**:
Dealing with various HR queries throughout the business
Reviewing & updating job descriptions
Assisting with recruitment
Issuing employment contracts, termination letters, on-boarding & off-boarding documentation
HR Inductions
Right to Work checking process to ensure compliance with legislation
Updating the HR system with starters/leavers
Reviewing and approving holiday requests
Updating the HR system with absences
Support with note taking in Investigation/Disciplinary/Grievance Meetings
Monitoring, reviewing and updating HR policies ensuring these are line with current legislation
Payroll
Expenses
Assisting with training requirements
Fleet Management including licence checks, vehicle checks, renewal of road tax and arranging MOTS, services and repairs
Updating asset tracker and drafting equipment agreements
**Essential**
- Proven HR administrative/co-ordinator experience is required
- Experience of inputting payroll for submission
- Experience of maintaining records and HR systems
- Organisational and administrative skills
- Strong IT skills: proficient user of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
- Able to advise and work with senior members of staff
- Knowledge of employment legislation
- High level of confidentiality
**Desirable**
- Experience with BrightHR system, VIMCAR fleet software and SAGE payroll
- CIPD qualified to level 3 or working towards
**Salary**: £30,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
**Experience**:
- Human resources: 3 years (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- CIPD (preferred)
