We are currently undergoing recruitment for a Supply Chain Assistant in the Bala area. This is a straight to permanent position with a starting salary of £26,000 per annum. The hours are as follows:

- Monday - Friday
- 09.00 - 17.00
- Would consider 07.00 - 15.00 or 08.00 - 16.00

Roles and Responsibilities
- Daily stock counts
- Inputting data onto stock control sheets
- Checking transport invoices for prices and quantities
- Checking POD’s and reconciling against invoices
- Updating daily production report
- Inputting transfer orders using excel
- Organise and scan delivery notes onto the system/ raw materials onto NAV and book onto raw intake log
- Input orders for Purchasing
- Sell off stock to Wholesalers
- Inputting forecasts
- Updating Production Summary and Clocking in Hours
- Sending New Line forms to Hauliers
- Scan and Organise CofA/CofC
- Check BB dates on onsite stock
- Arrange collection of rejected products
- Any administration tasks required
- The ability to use your own initiative as well as working well in a team
- Build good working relationships with internal and external teams
- Plan and prioritise own workload
- Excellent communication at all levels

- Previous experience in a similar role
