- Develop and implement creative concepts, storyboards, and shot lists for video and photo projects aligned with the overall marketing strategy.
- Conduct and manage all aspects of video and photo shoots, including equipment setup, lighting, sound recording, framing shots, and directing talent.
- Edit and produce high-quality video and photo content using industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Photoshop).
- Manage video and photo content library, organize and archive files, and maintain necessary equipment.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in video and photo production and marketing.
- Create engaging and on-brand social media content across all platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement social media

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in video production and photography, with a portfolio of high-quality video and photo work.
- Expertise in video and photo production techniques, equipment, and software, including camera operation, lighting, sound recording, and post-production editing.
- Strong storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex ideas into clear and engaging visual narratives.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop) or Final Cut Pro.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work on time and within budget.
- Experience in production for marketing and digital advertising.
- Passion for the automotive industry is a plus.

**Salary**: £22,645.00-£23,564.00 per year
