Part-time HR Assistant

Responsibilities:
1. Manage and provide monthly attendance data and report.
3. Support employee caring plans.
4. Support employee training and development module.
5. Maintain up-to-date HR database as required.
6. Provide HR data and reports to the internal stakeholders.
7. Provide support for temporary HR tasks as required.
**Requirements**:
1. University student in a Master or PhD programme, majoring in HR Management, or Data Analysis, or Mathematic, or Accounting.
2. Strong data analysis and management abilities.
3. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Proficient user in Microsoft Office Software, especially in Excel.
5. Quick learner and active thinker.
6. Data-driven mindset.
