**In this role, you will be responsible for**:

- Involvement in the initial concept, design, development and management of projects.
- Producing design solutions in the form of 3D models, drawings and other data required to specify and manufacture the product.
- Undertaking model making, prototyping and product testing.
- Client Liaison.
- Writing technical reports.
- Investigating and undertaking analysis.

**The successful design engineer will have**:

- Experience in the mechanical and electrical aspects of detailing.
- Proficient with 3D modelling
- Knowledge of current electrical regulations
- Experience in detailing LV electrical installations.
