- **The Role**:
As a crucial part of the growth strategy, we are seeking a dynamic junior administrator to support the Business Operations Manager and the existing administration team. You'll find yourself at the heart of the action, playing a key role in delivering impactful work. They offer a supportive and friendly environment, providing one-on-one support, mentoring, and external training where needed.
- **Responsibilities include (but not limited to)**:

- Central admin support for tasks across the business.- Project administration, invoicing, expense processing, and supplier invoice management. Meeting and greeting office visitors.- Telephone support and client enquiries.- Organizing company events.- Office management duties - supplies, post, couriers, etc.- Other duties as directed by your manager.**Skills and Experience**:
**6 months to 1 year** of previous office administration experience.- Strong team player with effective time management.- Excellent IT skills with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Office365.- Deadline-driven, ability to prioritize, and maintain a positive attitude.- Well-organized with excellent attention to detail.**What the business offers you**:
