Full time job (7-3 pm/3-11 pm), does include working weekends, bank holidays and Christmas. Must be able to multi-task

Duties to include:
Checking guests in and out

Taking reservations for the Hotel & Restaurant

Taking credit card payments

Good computer skills essential

Liaising with all other departments to ensure guests receive the best possible service.

To carry our any other duties as specified by management

**Requirements**:
Must be friendly, confident, enthusiastic and hardworking with a can do attitude

Attention to detail

An excellent telephone manner

Excellent customer service

Must have a good understanding of speaking and writing English

Ability to work well as part of a team and alone

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract

Pay: £11.44 per hour
