Concierge

Day concierge required at residential development in Wembley, shifts are 12hrs three on three off 7am-7pm.

As Concierge you will contribute to our vision of being the UK's favourite residential property manager by:

- Provide a high standard level of customer service to our residents and all visitors to the development.
- Act as main point of contact at the front desk.
- Assist with on-site deliveries, customer queries and service requests. The Concierge reports directly into the Development Manager

Location stations are Wembley Park and Wembley Central.

Schedule: - 12 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate: - Wembley: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience: - Customer Service (preferred) Work Location: One location

**Salary**: £21,500.00-£23,500.00 per year
