MILK Education are currently looking to recruit qualified teachers to work in Secondary Schools throughout the Buckley area on a temporary basis to cover absent teachers on a day to day, short term, and long-term basis.
Individuals who have the transferable skills and knowledge to be a cover supervisor in secondary schools would also be beneficial.
**_Key Responsibilities:_**
- Covering lessons for a class teacher who are absent due to sickness, training, or meetings.
- Positive classroom management, building rapport and a good working relationship with students and staff alike.
- Being adaptable to students needs by providing 1 to 1 and small group assistance where required.
- Working with other staff members to meet the school’s expectations of learning and development.
**_To be considered for this role we require you meet the following criteria:_**
- Hold a relevant teaching qualification with QTS, such as a PGCE, B.Ed or a BA Hons.
- Have eligibility to work in the UK or be a UK resident.
- Two suitable references covering the last 2 years.
- A great can-do attitude and a willingness to take on the schools ethos to teaching.
