**Job Description**:
We have an exciting opportunity to join our B2B Marketing team based in Nottingham as a Marketing Automation Specialist within the digital media team

This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who is creative and has strong attention to detail wanting to broaden their career within a FTSE 50, market leading organisation.

You will be responsible for:

- Proactively research best practices when working on marketing campaigns, ensuring all campaigns are aligned to internal and industry benchmarks.
- Understand and evaluate campaign metrics to provide frequent performance analysis, report on campaign key performance against targets and make recommendations that improve results.
- Utilise marketing automation platform to deliver a seamless customer journey through all marketing channels available, in collaboration with the wider digital media team
- Build and maintain effective stakeholder relationships, ensuring all parties are kept informed throughout the campaign and post activation with a keen focus on timelines, deliverables, business sign off and governance. Be part of a team that is keen to upskill the wider teams in everything digital.
- Act as an internal consultant for Marketing Automation best practices as well as helping in upskilling colleagues and stakeholders.
- Effectively manage stakeholders through campaign execution from initial brief to campaign delivery and reporting.

**Qualifications**:
You’ll succeed in this role by demonstrating excellent communication skills with an ability to work to your own initiative and challenge stakeholders. It’s important that you can work as part of a team and bring your ideas to the table
