- Updating the quotation CRM Desired skills
- Contacting existing accounts and new prospects within the database on a day-to-day basis to introduce and sell our expanding product portfolio and services and to maintain excellent relationships with their customers.
- Delivering product information, offer special promotions and feedback information of the market & competition landscape.
- Working closely with the Management and Operations Team to develop our business and market position.
- A strong customer-orientated individual with experience in both sales and customer service.

- Ability to use initiative.
- PC Literate with good working knowledge of Word and Excel.

**The Person**
- Previous customer service in sales and administration experience.
- Experience of providing quotations to customers would be highly desirable.
- Confident telephone manner, happy to talk to customers over the phone.

- Good PC skills, previous experience of using Word and Excel in the workplace.
- Looking for sustained career progression in a fast-developing Company.
- Be a strong communicator and have the ability to work closely with other members of the team to ensure good practice is maintained.
