We are currently working on behalf of a social housing provider in Walsall, for a Void Surveyor to join their team on an interim basis

**Responsibilities of the Void Surveyor**:

- Carrying out void inspections on social housing properties
- Completing pre and post inspections
- Managing contractors on site
- Ensuring adherence to health and safety
- Producing accurate and succinct reports on current voids

**Experience required for the Void Surveyor**:

- Previous experience within surveying
- UK driving license and access to a vehicle
