Coffee Shop Supervisor

A new garden centre destination with coffee shop opening in Moira late spring.

Sociable day time hours and no Sunday work required so you will never miss those important friend and family occasions.

We are looking for a fun, passionate front of house team leader to join our team who will have a creative eye in food preparation and loves their coffee. This special person would have a unique opportunity of creating a new cafe concept from scratch, so everything from menu design, creating SOPs and HACCP Controls. They should have a genuine friendly personality that enjoy working in a customer-focused environment and has experience of leading a small team both front and back of house.

This role will include the preparation and serving of great coffee and light food, Excellent customer service.

Previous experience of working in a busy coffee shop environment essential. HACCP knowledge is also essential in this role.
