**Salary**: £22,000 to £24,000 dependent on experience
- **Location**: Near Birch (must have own transport)
- **Work schedule**: Monday to Friday; 8.30am to 4.30pm (with 30 min unpaid break)

Working for a small, friendly, family-run business, based just outside Birch in fantastic new offices, you will be the hub of the office providing administrative support for the Sales, Project and Business Directors.

The role comprises of the following:

- Supporting the sales team with correspondence, quotes, inputting client details onto the bespoke CRM system
- Working with the Service Department ensuring visits are booked and co-ordinated with the relevant engineers and staff
- Invoicing and accounts admin using Xero (experience not essential)
- General office managerial responsibilities including stationery ordering etc.
- Monitoring annual leave and sickness for all staff
- Some social media work to increase and update online presence

About you:

- You should have a least 1-2 years administration experience,
- Be competent using Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook
- Able to work on several tasks
- Have great organisational skills
- Have a can-do attitude
- Own transport essential due to location

Due to growth of the company, there is lots of scope for progression in the future.
