Our Driver/Car Park attendants meet and greet customers and manage our busy dealership car park. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our large customer car park by both directing customers to the appropriate parking areas and by manoeuvring cars as necessary. To drive the standard in customer care and provide a courteous and efficient service ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. To perform general collection and delivery of vehicles/parts for the department, ensuring schedules are met. You’ll demonstrate TrustFord’s Purpose, Principles, and Ambition (PPA) in all dealings with colleagues, customer and prospects. A helpful and professional manner as well as fantastic customer service skills are essential for this role.
