Have you just graduated from university and looking to pursue a fulfilling career in teaching?

Are you looking to enrich the lives of young people and support them to academic success?

This is the perfect opportunity for a recent graduate to gain hands on experience of working in a fulfilling role in education. The Graduate Academic Mentor will work closely with children to give them the confidence they need to continue their educational journey after school In this rewarding role, you will have the opportunity to work with children in groups or as a 1:1.

Here at i-teachers we believe in long-term roles that fully immerse yourself in the day-to-day life of working in a school. Every step of the way an education consultant will be supporting you and selecting the right role for you. This is ideal for anyone wanting to gain paid experience ahead of completing teacher training in the future.

Graduate Academic Mentor - The role

Graduate Academic Mentor
Paid 80 to 95 per day including holiday pay

Graduate Academic Mentor - Person specification

Minimum 2:2 degree
Strong academic background e.g. A-Levels
Passionate about making a difference to young people
A Graduate Academic Mentor should have a patient and naturally warm personality
