** Room Leader** - Level 3 *40 hours a week* Our client, is located within a former country estate in Aston Clinton. This unique location has acres of land and offers extensive outdoor play activities. They are looking for a Pre-school Room Leader who is passionate about working with children and looking to continue your career with a reputable nursery. Summary: - To provide for the individual physical, emotional, social and intellectual needs of the children. - To provide a good role model for staff and to promote high standards of professional practice. - To provide a range of suitable activities and experiences to meet the developmental needs of the children. - To lead the staff and student/trainee team. - To supervise, train and support students/trainees throughout their training. - To ensure the continued smooth running of the nursery as part of the management team. - To attend relevant meetings/ training as required.
