**Responsibilities**:
TRUSTED PROCESS® ACTIVITIES
Partners with internal business/segment leaders to administer Trusted Process for their book of business, providing practical insights and recommendations.
Oversees Trusted Process Partner activities within assigned business/segment areas and conducts portfolio-level agility checks to verify expected standards are being met, adapting the approach when required.
Functions as a Trusted Process Partner in the design & conduct of all Trusted Process activities for assigned projects, programs, assets, and customer accounts.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to evaluate delivery performance and take proactive action where challenges or opportunities are identified that would benefit from Trusted Process activities
- Overseeing implementation of the agreed Trusted Process strategy, conducting agility checks and swiftly adapting the approach as required based on real-world experience so that it remains fit-for-purpose
- Detecting barriers to success, escalating where needed, then collaborating with stakeholders to address
- Preparing Trusted Process documentation to expected quality standards
- Providing guidance on Syneos Health’s systems, tools and processes.
Directs and facilitates assigned Trusted Process activities with a high level of ownership, agility and mastery to build trust and achieve high levels of Customer satisfaction.

TRUSTED PROCESS® TEAM
Supports Trusted Process management team with:
Evaluation of team performance, including escalation and management of identified performance issues
- Team collaboration and knowledge sharing
- Role-modelling and reinforcing a “Total Self” culture.
Trains colleagues and new employees in relation to the Trusted Process.
May be involved with employee hiring process.
May line manage other Trusted Process employees.

CHANGE INITIATIVES
Participates in Trusted Process improvement initiatives.
May project manages departmental initiatives to successfully deliver intended change outcomes.

OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES:
Performs other work-related duties as assigned. Moderate travel required (up to 50%), including weekends.
Continuously builds knowledge & understanding of clinical research, drug/asset product development, assigned areas, and Syneos Health offerings by reading related literature and attending training classes.

**Qualifications**

Bachelor’s degree preferably in the life sciences, or equivalent combination of education, training and experience. Prior experience in a product development organization, pharmaceutical, biotechnology or industry-affiliated company is required. Flexibility and the ability to handle multiple tasks to meet deadlines while delivering high quality work in a dynamic environment are essential. Needs to be enthusiastic, highly adaptable, quick to assimilate new information, and demonstrates initiative as an individual contributor and a key team member.

Advanced facilitation skills and/or understanding of the biopharmaceutical product development lifecycle are essential. Competency in project management, change management and process improvement methodologies is also required.
